Dustin Turin is a native of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, and graduated from the local high school in 2006. Following graduation, Dustin attended the University of Maryland (College Park) for one year as student at the R.H. Smith School of Business. After this first year of study, Dustin took three months in the Fall of 2007 to travel and work in Southern Africa. He spent two months working for African Impact in St. Lucia, helping to manage current community projects and develop new projects. Currently Dustin attends Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts where he studies International Affairs.

Dustin's background in web development began when he was still in high school. After taking on and completing numerous projects for private clients (view clients), Dustin was hired as an in-house web developer for the University of Maryland. In this position he was responsible for completely redesigning and developing the website for the Financial Aid Office. This position was held for one year until Dustin transferred Universities. In total, Dustin has developed more than 25 independent projects.

Dustin has a passion for surfing and has travelled globally in this pursuit. Other personal interests include photography, skateboarding, hiking, and generally having fun.
